Sea Salad – The perfect introduction to seaweeds. In flaked form, so very easy to use. Simply sprinkle on any dish. From fish and shellfish to mashed potato, omelettes, meat, sandwiches, salads and as part of your bread or pancake dough. .
Sea Weed Spaghetti – Boil it up with or instead of regular spaghetti. Simply soak for 30 minutes and cut into salads and prepared dishes such as risottos and stews. Add to fish pies, or stir-fry after soaking with your other veggies.
Sea Greens – Bursting with B vitamins, including vitamin B12. It is also well known from Chinese Crispy Fried Seaweed. Super healthy to eat raw or cooked, added to smoothies or toasted as crisps.
